Andrea, originally from Chile, has devoted her life to skating and coaching, bringing her passion and expertise to the rink.

With 10 years of experience in competitive free skating and 2 years in basic figures, she has honed her skills both as a skater and a coach. 

​

Over the past 9 years, Andrea has coached free skating at various levels, from beginners to those mastering double jumps, teaching both large groups of up to 35 kids and private lessons.

 

Her journey began at Estadio Israelita, where she emphasized fun and fundamentals while organizing competitions and exhibitions for young skaters. Recently, she has worked with children aged 4-10 in recreational skating, managed eight groups of skaters aged 4-18, including children with disabilities, and even helped mums learn to skate.

Andrea will be available for classes every Tuesday and Wednesday evenings, as well as Saturday mornings, at Sunshine Skating Rink.
