Can I attend class if I have never skated before?Yes! All of our classes can be catered to skaters of any age and experience.

Do I need to have my own skates to bring to class?No, not at all! We have hire skates available as an add on when booking our classes online. But if you do have your own skates, you're more than welcome to bring them along!

Do you provide lessons for roller blades/inlines?We do prefer quads, as that is our speciality. However we are able to teach blades at a beginner level.

Do you have kids classes?Yes! We provide two options for kids classes. School holiday day sessions at our Seabrook venue and weekly evening classes (Tuesdays) at our Altona Meadows location. Kids are also welcome to attend our Monday and Wednesday classes.

Can we pay cash on the day of class?No, all classes must be booked and paid for via our booking system prior to class.

What is your cancellation policy?If you fail to turn up to class, or cancel with less than 24 hours notice, no refund will be provided. If you are unwell or injured, cancellation within 24 hours is accepted and you will offered the option of either a refund or reschedule. Should you cancel with more than 24 hours notice, you will be offered the option of either a refund or reschedule of your class.

Do you offer private lessons?Yes! We offer private lessons at both our Bruce Comben and Sunshine locations! Please see our class descriptions for further info.

Do classes still run during school holidays and public holidays?Yes they do!

Do I need safety equipment? (Helmets, wrist guards, knee pads, elbow pads ect.)"You are more than welcome to bring and wear any safety gear you like - this is a personal prefernce and our skaters are advised to wear whatever makes them feel comfortable!
